WPS Merchants to Visit The Citizens of Elanthian Cities

WPS (Weighting/Padding/Sighting) Merchant Services will be offered to the citizens of various towns throughout the year. Stay tuned, when one gets scheduled, I’ll have that info for you!
The merchants of Elanthia have formed a consortium for the purpose of offering WPS services to citizens of the various cities around the lands. Throughout the year, citizens will see these services offered in each city.
If you see a merchant advertise for citizens of a certain city, please know that each city will have the same service when a merchant is able to schedule it.

Where will the notifications be posted? And will it be all citizens or only a limited quantity? Just wondering if limited how this will work with many more citizens of certain towns that others.

Each town has a certain amount of services they can give out to citizens. Each town has the same amount. It will be up to each town GM how they post.
I plan on posting in the town folder and on the calendar.
