Couple quality of life fixes for the brooch.

You can no longer use up a charge if you have the brooch set to an orb that has no incremental benefits.

The next is an update to fill the 500 total increment spot that was pushed down to the 300 total spot. The concept was something we’ve talked about a bunch during the development of the item. When Liabo is a full moon, the benefit will get a bonus. The first one is at at 500, which will grant an additional 10% bonus to your brooch. The next is a longer ways out at 3500, but it will be 20% at that point.

Liabo has a very short orbit at just over 7 days (7.3 days) and lasts roughly 29.2 hours. A carefully timed usage can get some extra mileage out of the brooch with these full moons.
