Felthrop is bringing a Flares Raffle to Solhaven on Saturday, December 16 at 8:30pm. What kind of flares, you ask? Mana (+1, max of +3), Acuity (+5, max +30), Ice, Fire, Electricity, earth, and vacuum. There can be no combat script (including fusion) on the weapon. After the raffle, he will lighten armor, weapons, and shields for a small fee.
