Duskruin Dig Not Slated For December

GM Haliste says Duskruin Dig is not going to be the December Big Event. There’s more information coming, soon! Let the speculating begin? 🙂

Assuming the next event is Duskruin Dig…(we don’t know yet for sure if it’s the Dec. event as far as I know, but it fits last year’s pattern)…

Last year was reasonably fun with the Simucoin items. But I don’t think that’s enough to drive the Dig again, at least not for me…there are a lot of unused SC items out there now (or at least, a lot of the demand has been satisfied). And a lot of them were always just pawn-fodder, like the locker manifests and urchin runner contracts. You can use a few of those maybe but most people aren’t going to value them enough to motivate digging.

In other words, by itself, it doesn’t seem to me like that’s enough to drive people to dig and dig and dig…

So perhaps open up the high end script shop to use up some of the saved BS (and though it’s generated at a much lower rate, have an extra outlet for what is generated)?

And perhaps have some exciting jackpot items that can be found?

Anyway I look forward to these events generally but in looking at the last Dig, it’s not clear to me that I’d participate at a high level if it weren’t ‘updated’ from last year’s version…I’d do some sure, but not a lot I expect.
