The magic items are 5x/day.
The rune tattoos are either 5x, 4x, or 3x a day, depending on some factors.
The enhancives (which aren’t really part of this list) are also 5x/day. They are +10 to a stat and last 30 minutes a use.

At the very least the wizard-only self-cast spells shouldn’t be offered if the desired spiritual spells aren’t allowed as well.

I don’t know about some of those, but it was specified in asking in plat that the max were level 18 spells, which rules out 1119 from that, plus all the other circles. Otherwise, not sure, but that was the top level limit. _ _ _ Myasara says, “Raining rocks down on my city was not the best course of action.”

Well, none of those major elemental and wizard spells are very restricted–they’re all available on scrolls straight out of the treasure system and 420 can imbed any of them except 913.
215/1109/1119, on the other hand, aren’t on scrolls (normally, though EG gave out tons of 215 scrolls) and can’t be imbedded, so I’d expect them to be more rare.
Prior to the CS update for scrolls and magic items in August of 2017 (link below), people who tried using Pestilence (716) from an imbedded item were disappointed. It usually did not hit the target, probably because of a hidden warding roll. I do not know if the update last year affected the hidden warding roll. If you’re thinking about getting 716 as a rune tattoo, you should try to test it first by getting a Sorcerer to imbed it for you (which would use your MIU ranks, instead of your AS ranks) or by finding it on a scroll (which would use your AS ranks but would be difficult to find).
I point it out because if you can reliably hit a target with the hidden warding roll after the 2017 update, then it would be a good spell to have. If you have not tested and are not certain that it will work well for you, then I recommend choosing a different spell.
If you play a spiritual caster, you get the choice of access to every wizard spell available.
As a wizard, I don’t have equal access to the spiritual spells.
How is the difference in access to spells justified?
Available to spiritual casters: All the unique wizard spells: 506, 515, 518 Every DS Spell: 503, 911 Including self-cast only: 507, 508, 905, 913 Every AS Spell: 509, 513
So why are 1109 or 215 locked down for the X/day? Why are none of the wizard spells locked down in the same way?

Heroism (215) may be the best AS boosting spell. It boosts both physical and bolt AS, helps against maneuvers, resists sheer fear, and gives extra mana and health. No other spell can do all of that.

Nothing over 18th level. Must be feeder approved. Nothing over a specific spell value when it comes to building magical items.

Assuming for the sake of argument that the rune tattoo is NOT won via Auction (that is, someone like Clunk or myself with only a modest bank balance wins a lucky raffle or spinner pick)…
…can you give what some sample pricing might be? “One spell <= 10th level, X; two spells, one <=10 + one <=15, Y; three spells (<=10, <=15, <=18) Z.” And then also, “You can bling out all six, all of them at 18th level, for a cost of PQR.”
(Or whatever limitations you are putting on the service win, like “adding one spell counts as the service, adding two counts as One Surcharge in addition.”)

Again, I think folks would like to get a handle on what the scale of things may be. (To the extent of, “I personally am debating whether to go over there or not,” for example.)

I am disappoint, I’ll have to keep using 215 in a non self knowledge fashion and only get partial bonus from my blessing lore. For shame.

The first one did not have 215. None of them did.
First service: Service will apply Divine Shield knowledge (spell 1609) to any shield; Second service: Service will apply Phoen’s Strength knowledge (spell 606) to any weapon; Third service: Service will apply Bravery knowledge (spell 211) to any armor. Limitations: 1. Cannot be applied to an item that is already enhancive.
That’s from CCF 2009.
Create a chrism holder: It will also have spell knowledge of Prayer of Protection (303). Create a climate wear: It will also have spell knowledge of Camouflage (608). Create a goryweapon: It will also have spell knowledge of Zealot (1617). Create a gamble kit: It will also have spell knowledge of Foresight (1204).
That’s from RtCF in 2013.
No item creation, item cannot be enhancive, one of each: 606, 211, 1606, 513, 1612.
That’s from CCF in 2014.

Where you have access to the spell for a set amount of time and can cast as much as you want for that period?
